Who operates Senchee

Senchee is operated by Neelam Joshi, an individual based in Sydney, Australia. It is not currently operated by an incorporated company. Contact: hello@senchee.com.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your first name if you choose to give it, your confirmation that you're 18 or older, which page you joined from, and basic information about how you arrived (such as referral source and campaign links). We also record that you agreed to receive emails, with the date and time.

If you answer the optional questionnaire, we collect your answer to the pricing question with your sign-up. Answers to the open question about what you'd like to learn are stored separately and are not linked to your email address or name.

What we don't intend to collect

We don't ask for health information, and we ask people not to share personal details in the questionnaire. If you've shared something you'd like removed, email us and we'll delete it where we can identify it.

How we use your information

We use your information to manage the waitlist, send you emails about Senchee, understand which pages are useful, and shape the product around what people want to learn. We do not sell personal information.

Emails

By joining, you agree to receive emails from Senchee about the waitlist, early access and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails. We keep a record of unsubscribes so we don't contact you again.

Website visits

We record basic visit information, such as the pages viewed, how people arrived and campaign links, to understand which pages are useful. We don't currently use advertising tracking tools such as the Meta Pixel. If that changes, we'll update this page first.

Service providers and overseas processing

We use service providers to run Senchee: Lovable (website hosting), Supabase (database and storage) and Resend (email delivery). These providers may process or store information in Australia or other countries, including the United States. We only share information with them as needed to operate Senchee.

How long we keep information

We keep waitlist information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the waitlist, communicate about Senchee and evaluate early interest. We periodically review what we hold and delete or de-identify information we no longer need. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of that so we can respect your request.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse, including access controls and security settings for the services we use.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@senchee.com from the address you used to join.

Age

The Senchee waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.

Questions and complaints

If you have a question or complaint about how we handle your information, email hello@senchee.com. We'll look into it and respond within a reasonable time. If you're not satisfied with our response, you may be able to contact a privacy regulator, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Senchee develops. We'll change the date below when we do.
