Who we are
Senchee is an early-stage project based in Sydney, Australia. You can contact us at hello@senchee.com.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, optional first name, chosen page variant, consent and age confirmation. We also collect basic visit details such as referral source and campaign information. If you answer the optional questionnaire, we save those answers with your signup.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage early access, contact you about Senchee, understand which pages are useful, and shape the product around what people need. We do not sell your information.
Where your data is stored
Your information is stored securely using Lovable, which hosts our website, and Supabase, our database provider.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until early access launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
About the questionnaire
The questionnaire is optional. Please don't include identifying details or sensitive health information in your answers.
Visit tracking
We record basic visit details, such as the pages you view, how you arrived, and campaign links, to understand which pages are useful. If we add advertising or analytics tools, we will update this page.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails, and you can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@senchee.com.
Age
The Senchee waitlist is for people aged 18 and over.
Deletion and questions
You can ask us to delete your information, or ask a privacy question, by emailing hello@senchee.com. Please email from the address you used to join the waitlist so we can identify your record.
